These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Amy Grace Letters, a service of Luz & Grace LLC, an Idaho limited liability company. By subscribing to our service or using our website at luzandgrace.com, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not subscribe or use our service. We want this to be a good fit for your family — not an obligation.
The Amy Grace Letters is a monthly subscription service. For $10 per month, your teenager (ages 13–18) receives two physical mailings delivered to the address you provide. Each mailing includes a personalized letter, creative activity worksheets, and a small encouragement item (such as a bookmark, sticker, or card).
Content is tailored to three age groups: 13–14 (early adolescence), 15–16 (middle adolescence), and 17–18 (late adolescence).
By subscribing, you confirm that:
Only parents or legal guardians may create subscriptions. Teens cannot sign themselves up. You are responsible for monitoring your teen's engagement with the materials we send.
In accordance with Idaho Code § 48-603G and the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act, here are your billing terms clearly stated:
By subscribing, you expressly consent to recurring monthly charges of $10.00 to your payment method. We will not charge you without this consent.
If we ever change our pricing, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You may cancel before the change if you prefer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is easy and free — no phone calls required, no guilt trips, no fees:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. If a mailing has already been prepared for your current billing period, it will still be delivered.
We process cancellation requests within 3 business days.
We believe in transparency about how we make what we send your teen.
The letters, worksheets, and activity materials are created using artificial intelligence (AI) language models that have been developed with extensive knowledge of evidence-based adolescent psychology, therapeutic safety frameworks, and age-appropriate communication.
Every piece of content is safety-checked against clinical best practices in adolescent mental health before it is printed and mailed. This process is designed to ensure that what reaches your teen is emotionally safe, age-appropriate, and grounded in research.
Our content is not created or reviewed by licensed therapists, psychologists, or other mental health professionals. We are transparent about this because your trust matters more than marketing language.

Every letter we send includes these resources presented in a warm, non-alarming way. We take this responsibility seriously.

The content we mail to subscribers (letters, worksheets, activity materials) is provided for personal use by your family. You may not republish, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
These limitations do not apply to: our gross negligence or willful misconduct, violation of law, personal injury caused by our direct action, or fraud.
We mail to addresses within the United States via USPS. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal service disruptions, incorrect addresses provided by the subscriber, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a mailing is returned as undeliverable, we will notify you by email and pause future mailings until you provide an updated address.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes (anything that affects your rights or obligations), we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with a change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Idaho.
