The short version: We collect only what we need to mail letters to your teen. We don't sell your data. We don't track your family. We exist to fight loneliness, not to monetize your information.
The Amy Grace Letters is a service of Luz & Grace LLC, a limited liability company registered in the state of Idaho. We provide a monthly snail mail subscription that delivers handcrafted letters, activities, and encouragement items to teenagers ages 13–18.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@luzandgrace.com.
We collect only the information necessary to deliver our service. Here is exactly what we collect and why:

From the teen (the recipient):
What we do NOT collect:
We use the information we collect for these purposes only:
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, behavioral targeting, or any purpose unrelated to delivering The Amy Grace Letters.
Transparency matters to us, especially when your teenager is the recipient. Here is how our content works:
The letters, worksheets, and activity materials in The Amy Grace Letters are created using artificial intelligence (AI) language models. These AI tools have been developed with extensive training in evidence-based adolescent psychology, therapeutic safety frameworks, and age-appropriate communication practices.
Every piece of content is safety-checked against clinical best practices in adolescent mental health before it is mailed. This includes screening for age-appropriateness, emotional safety, and alignment with established psychological principles.
Our content is not created or reviewed by licensed mental health professionals. The Amy Grace Letters is a wellness and encouragement service — not therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment. If your teen is experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
We take reasonable measures to protect your family's information:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond delivering our service.
